Brian Aros, MD Joins Mansfield Orthopaedics |

Mansfield Orthopaedics is pleased to welcome orthopedic surgeon Brian Aros, MD to the practice. Dr. Aros joins board-certified orthopedic surgeons Bryan Huber, MD and Eric Mullins, MD and sports medicine specialist Richard James, MD at the Copley Hospital-owned service.
“One of the many reasons I was drawn to Mansfield Orthopaedics was for its excellent reputation,” said Dr. Aros. “I look forward to working with the team at the practice and Copley Hospital to provide exceptional orthopedic care.”
Dr. Aros received his medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. In 2008 he completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Ohio State University. Special areas of interest include total joint and sports medicine. He is board certified through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Prior to Copley Hospital, Dr. Aros worked in private practice in the Central Vermont area. He and his family enjoy the outdoors and a variety of sports.
Also joining Mansfield Orthopaedics is Physician Assistant Nicole Ernst who will be working directly with Dr. Aros. She previously worked with North Country Orthopedics. Ernst received her Physician Assistant degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
Mansfield Orthopaedics creates a compassionate and efficient system of care, providing comprehensive orthopedic evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation with clinics in Morrisville and Newport. Services provided include Joint Replacement; Arthritis Care; Arthroscopic Surgery; Hand, Ankle and Foot Surgery; Sports Medicine and Fracture and Trauma Care. In addition to providing surgical consultation and post-surgical care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, aquatic therapy and athletic training care are offered in collaboration with Copley Hospital’s Rehabilitation Services.
