As a patient of Mansfield Orthopaedics, we invite you to take advantage of Copley Hospital's My Health Online. This on-line tool allows you to:
- Pre-Register before your scheduled appointment
- Download and print medical forms. You can fill these out at your convenience at home and bring them in with you for your scheduled appointment.
- View your account
- Pay your bill online (coming soon!)
- View and manage your personal health records
As we continue to develop our Electronic Health Record system, we plan to incorporate more tools into this patient portal.
